Karen Perry-Gardiner is the proprietor of Into-Play. She set up the privately owned setting up in 1992 as a 32-place nursery, and in 2001 a large extension was created enabling the nursery to be registered for 95 children a day. Into-Play is Karen's only nursery, although she is also a Life Coach and Trainer having attained her Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring. Karen also holds the NVQ Level III in Childcare and Education.
