Healthy Eating

Into-Play Ltd prides itself on producing highly nutritious, homemade food for all the children – catering to all dietary needs/requests and intolerance’s.  During your childs’ initial introduction to the Nursery, you will have the opportunity to have a face to face meeting with our nursery cook where you can discuss your child’s individual dietary requirements.

The Food Standards Agency are responsible for ensuring businesses serving food to the public are monitored regularly, and we have unannounced visits carried out by Environmental Health Officers    We have been awarded the highest 5* rating (very good) across all of our nurseries every year since we opened our doors.

Cooking and food preparation plays a significant part of the children’s learning experiences.  The children are encouraged to assist in preparing their healthy snacks (e.g., cutting up vegetables) as well as baking bread for afternoon tea.   Prepared on site by our resident cook, the children enjoy a hot lunch, high tea and varied snack menu – our food is fresh, healthy and delicious. The children’s empty plates will give you the best idea about how successful our food is!  We often get parents requesting our recipes for certain meals, which we gladly provide.

Fantastic place, friendly and caring staff. Nice outside area plenty of space to play and a lot of toys to play with. Staff always give reports about my babies’ day which is very helpful when leaving. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs childcare and wants to have a happy baby.
